April 2, 2009 - RSI has been awarded the Avaya DevConnect Compliant Award for successful compliance testing with Avaya Inc.'s Avaya Communication Manager 5.1.2
Shadow CMS Enterprise 4.1.0 has been compliance tested by Avaya's DevConnect Technical Team and today has been officially accepted as compliant.
Avaya is committed to providing its customers with solutions that are fully compatible with the Shadow CMS Enterprise 4.1.0. With this successful Compliance testing, Avaya provides customers the assurance of successful product interoperability. By continuing to pursue improvements in product integration, we offer a more cost effective, integrated solution to our customers.
Shadow CMS had previously been granted a similar award for compliance with Avaya IP Office and Quick Edition One-X platforms.
Shadow CMS is now compliant with these Avaya platforms across the enterprise.
