I am sending this letter to you invite you to participate in our 3rd Niagara Legal Technology Day.

What it is

It is a vendor driven technology show - with each vendor having a booth in a central exposition hall, and 3 connected rooms where vendors present 1/2 hour product demonstrations to show their products to the lawyers and legal assistants in attendance. Each vendor will have 2 or 3 time slots to present their products.

Why Attend?

This is the most cost effective method of meeting prospective purchasers of your products, and showing the benefits of your products to the lawyers and legal assistants who are interested in purchasing your products.

This is an opportunity to meet prospects, and make sales in a non-pressured atmosphere.

What Do We Need to Provide?

We ask that you have some of your brochures and other promotional materials to us in advance, so that we can assemble attendee grab bags so that everyone leaves with information about your products.
We also will need some information on your products in advance for our Exhibition Guide and Web Site.

We also need to know if you will need a table or if you will have a booth for the Exhibition Hall.

What Does it Cost?

The registration fee is $275.00 which includes a continental breakfast and lunch for two persons from your company. This is less than one fifth of what you would pay to the LSUC or the CBAO, and all you would have is the right to show in an exhibitor's hall. By putting the emphasis on the companies and the products, you are the show, instead of seeing the participants run by your booth on the way to somewhere for something.

It is not so much what it costs, as what the benefits to you are.

What Will You Have for Us?

We have a Central Exhibition Hall with three demonstration rooms off it so that everyone who comes will have ample opportunity to see your products, and talk to you about the products and learn how the products will help them.

We will have projectors for your use, and internet access in all rooms and power.
